J.N. Allinson Associates, Inc. It draws upon on knowledge from practical experience and research
required to offer an opinion of the Estimated Market Value using comparable sales of boats in similar physical condition.

When it comes to the valuation of boats for Estate Settlement or Donation, the United States Internal Revenue Serve states that "Except for inexpensive small boats, the valuation of boats should be based
on an appraisal by a marine surveyor because the physical condition is so critical to its value."

authorizing J.N. Allinson Associates, Inc. to perform the Report of Survey.

GUIDELINES OF SURVEY:

THE MANDATORY STANDARDS PROMULGATED BY THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD (USCG),
UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF TITLE 46 UNITED STATES CODE (USC); TITLE 33 AND TITLE 46,
CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS (CFR), AND THE VOLUNTARY STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDED PRACTICES DEVELOPED BY THE AMERICAN BOAT AND YACHT COUNCIL (ABYC) AND THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION (NFPA) ARE USED AS GUIDELINES IN CONDUCTING SURVEYS.
