Damage Claim Support ....

This type of inspection is a comprehensive, forensic, videography and consultation service offered by
J.N. Allinson Associates, Inc. It draws upon on knowlege from practical experiences of handling Damage Claims of Recreational Yachts & Small Craft and maintaining an Accredited Claims Adjusters license for the State of Florida.

J.N. Allinson Associates, Inc. is prepared to assist either the "insured" or the "underwriter" but
usally not both for the same Property Loss.  We remain objective ... while representing only the person(s) who retained us unless all parties are in agreement for other arrangements.

Objectives of Damage Claim Support are to inspect and report  on 
  • Nature and Extent of Damage 
  • Probable Cause of Loss
  • An estimate of the amount of money to be set aside for repairs
  • An estimate of the amount of time required for repairs
  • A Valuation of the boat before and after the loss
  • A review estimates and invoices to offer an opinion as to whethter they are loss related , FAIR and REASONABLE.
Terms of Damage Claim Support are stated within a Contractual Agreement
authorizing J.N. Allinson Associates, Inc. to perform Damage Claim Support.
