Prepurchase Condition and Value Survey ....

This type of inspection is the most comprehensive  offered by J.N. Allinson Associates, Inc.
It is recommended to buyers who are considering the

• Purchase of a new vessel
• Purchase of a used vessel

The primary objective of the Prepurchase Condition and Value survey is to inspect and report  on
enough of the vessel and its systems to provide a buyer with Condition and Value information on the subject vessel that is supplemental to their own research.  This information is presented so that a
buyer will be better prepared to act prudently and knowledgeably with their purchase.

Terms of the Prepurchase Condition and Value Survey are stated within the Contractual Agreement authorizing J.N. Allinson Associates, Inc. to perform the Report of Survey.

GUIDELINES OF SURVEY:

THE MANDATORY STANDARDS PROMULGATED BY THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD (USCG),
UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF TITLE 46 UNITED STATES CODE (USC); TITLE 33 AND TITLE 46,
CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS (CFR), AND THE VOLUNTARY STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDED PRACTICES DEVELOPED BY THE AMERICAN BOAT AND YACHT COUNCIL (ABYC) AND THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION (NFPA) ARE USED AS GUIDELINES IN CONDUCTING SURVEYS.
