Seller Condition and Value Survey ....

This type of inspection is one the most comprehensive  offered by J.N. Allinson Associates, Inc.

It is recommended to individuals who are getting ready to sell their vessel.

The primary objective of the Seller Condition and Value survey is to inspect and report  on
enough of the vessel and its systems to provide you with a "Report of Survey" listing the strengths
and weaknesses of your boat when following the GUIDELINES OF SURVEY and Recommended Survey Report Content listed below.

Terms of the Seller Condition and Value Survey are stated within the Contractual Agreement
authorizing J.N. Allinson Associates, Inc. to perform the Report of Survey.

Use this Report of Survey as an effective marketing tool and present it to a prospective buyer
or their agent. Demonstrate that you have attended to the Report of Survey "Findings and
Recommendations" or simply explain what you won't renew or repair based on your asking
price.

"Report of Survey" Deliverables:

  • Condition of Structural, Mechanical and Electrical systems.
  • An opinion of Condition and Estimated Market value.
